Have you developed your career path?
It’s been a while since I have sent out a newsletter. First, I wanted to thank you all for subscribing and supporting me. CPF-Coaching.com was created to help individuals level up their careers by transitioning into cybersecurity or growing their cybersecurity careers. Over the past couple of months, I wanted to share findings that have been pulled from some of my coaching sessions:
Knowing yourself is a fundamental step for starting these types of journeys.
Developing the desired end state and achievable milestones to help break down a longer-term goal into shorter-term goals.
Be open and flexible to opportunities along the way, which might be outside of your planned path, which helps you get to the desired end state.
For those of you looking for a community of individuals like yourself focused on developing your career, I created the “Advance your Cybersecurity Career Linkedin Group” for that reason.
